  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • If customised name engraving option is selected, please allow an additional business day to process your order.

    • We offer the following shipping methods in Australia:
      • Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days
      • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
    • International Post (US & CA):
      • International Express: 3 to 6 business days
      • International Standard: 6 to 9 business days

    3. Shipping Destinations:

    • We currently ship to Australia, US and Canada only. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for possible arrangements.

    4. Taxation and Customs Duties:

    • US / CA - In the United States and Canada, your state may impose taxes and import duties, which are to be remitted to the local tax authority upon receipt of the product. The Loyal Friend Co. disclaims any responsibility for these associated costs.

      5. Shipping Delays:

      • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

        6. Lost or Stolen Packages:

        • The Loyal Friend Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.

        7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

        • If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you to arrange payment for the reshipment.
